This is a year lease that allows access to the ranch from Jan 1 - Dec 31 each year. The 1400 acre high-fenced pasture is completely game/high fenced to contain your trophy wildlife. This pasture has been high fenced since 1988, and it has been under game management since 1992.
The 1800 acre pasture is high fenced on three sides. Many exotics cross onto this pasture from other game ranches allowing additional types of hunting year-round. The game fencing also prevents quality whitetail from crossing over onto other properties therefore keeping your trophies on the pasture for years to come.
This is the perfect lease for a company, corporation, or family seeking a fire-and-forget lease arrangement to minimize the hassles involved with keeping up a property for hunting purposes. We can provide all the services necessary to maintain your ideal hunting ranch!
For an additional per diem, we can fill and maintain the feeders, clean your structures and provide laundry service, cook your meals, buy your groceries, stock your supplies...we'll basically do everything for you so that all you have to do is drive out to the ranch and start hunting!

--Comfortable entertainment cabin (850 sq ft) with full kitchen, refrigerators, oven, stoves, sinks, bathroom, shower, storage closet, television, DirecTV, VCR, Computer w/Internet Access, furniture, etc.
--Walk in vault cooler for game storage (47 sq ft); holds up to 12 deer or 16 hogs at one time
--Game cleaning studio in our barn complete with A-frame, sink, water, concrete slab, scales, etc.
--12 comfortable blinds w/year-round active game feeders
--Ranch personnel live and work on the ranch 24/7/365. We're here to assist you with optional concierge services. You never have to worry about theft, vandalism, or illegals as we're here all day, every day!
