-One mature whitetail buck for every 300 acres each season (20 Bucks)

-A number of "cull bucks" will be included each season (determined by ranch biologists each season)

-Two whitetail does for every buck taken

-One mature exotic for every 300 acres each season (20 Exotics))

-One Rio Grande Gobbler for every 300 acres for spring turkey season (20 Gobblers)

-Unlimited hogs, javelina, varmints, and predators

-Legal limits on ducks, dove, and quail

 

FACILITIES

-800 square foot cabin with kitchen, two bedrooms, and living room included -Elec/water available at camp site.
-You may also bring your own trailers, campers, etc. for lodging.
-Game storage nearby for keeping meat cold prior to transport.

-We work closely with a reputable taxidermist in Del Rio to offer you discounted, yet professional, game mounting.

 

BLINDS/FEEDERS/VEHICLES

-I am a dealer for: All Seasons Feeders, Atascosa Corporate Blinds, PVF Deer Blinds, and more!
-We can supply blinds/feeders for far below retail, but bring your own if you have them.

-Two-wheel-drive will work over 70% of ranch, but 4x4 is recommended. Great roads!

 

COST

-$8.00/acre for 6000 acres for a total of $48,000/year

-Only extra fees will be utilities used during your stay.
